Virtual Prep Academy of Oklahoma provides a free, online option for 9th grade that blends strong academics with personalized care. Our certified teachers follow Oklahoma academic standards and work closely with students to support their success.
Some students join us after attending a traditional school. Others are continuing from an online middle school or homeschool environment. We even have students who come back to us for high school after experiencing our online elementary program earlier in their academic journey. How Does Online Ninth Grade Work?
Online learning with us is simple and structured. Students attend live virtual classes taught by Oklahoma-certified teachers and complete independent assignments on their own schedule. This combination helps build essential habits like self-discipline, time management, and personal responsibility. Every student is also supported by a Student Success Coordinator who offers regular check-ins. And at home, parents or guardians act as Learning Coaches. We guide families through this role and provide the resources they need to support their student day to day.
